Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order from us, you are committing to acquire a product that is currently unavailable or scheduled to become available in the near future. Pre-orders allow us to plan inventory effectively while ensuring you secure your desired items before they are officially restocked. At the time of checkout, we may either collect no payment, request a partial deposit, or store your payment method for future processing. The remaining balance, or the full payment if not already made, will be charged once the product is ready to ship.

You retain the right to cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled if you have made only a partial deposit or no payment. However, once the order is processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our established return policy, which includes the option for either a full or partial refund, subject to the condition of the returned product.
